Essential are excellent at helping your mood lemon, grapefruit, ylang ylang, basil, peppermint, chamomile,   Lavender, are just a few that help produce happy, joyous moods. Clary Sage and Marjoram are the best oils to help with PMT (Clary Sage  to be used with caution as over use can lead to intoxication, best to consult an Aromatherapist for advice). Rosemary increases focus and concentration, citrus oils are uplifting and refreshing good for getting you going in the mornings. Although essential oils are natural products, it is still necessary to be safe and follow certain precautions when using them.
